The One, The Only, The Garbage Plate.

Others have tried, but Nick Tahous in Rochester, NY is the inventor and true genius behind The Garbage Plate. It helped many a hangover in '96-'97 believe me. The recipe that I am attaching is for the meat sauce topping. It is the gold standard to any proper garbage plate.


In case you missed Steve explaining the rest of the ingredients on the pod, here ya go:

Fries or homefries for the bottom layer.

Top with mac salad.

On top of that your protein (burger, dogs, grilled cheese, fried egg)

Add onions if you're down.

And last but not least...the meat sauce!
